Account & Production Manager – April 2026
Responsibilities:
- Work with external clients and the internal development team to develop, create, update, and maintain multiple websites
- Assist with project scoping documents and the communication of client-set deadlines and milestones
- Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
- Assist with project management of audio-visual events, including but not limited to podcasts, conferences, and webinars
- Attend and assist with on-site podcast recordings (some travel may be required)
- Assist with creating written reports, summaries, and tutorials
- Coordinate work with external contractors as necessary
- Build and contribute to growing the company brands
- Take part in and contribute to team meetings
- Contribute to the growth of the company through feedback and ideas
Must have:
- Strong intra-personal skills; this role will require working with clients directly, understanding their feedback and comments and suggesting new ideas
- Excellent English writing skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize responsibilities and client requests
- Well organized with the ability to work very independently (we are fully remote, have short daily team meetings, and communicate most of the day on Slack)
- Experience with recording equipment for video/audio (no editing required)
Bonus, but not necessary:
- any relevant agency or customer support experience
- experience in audio/video editing
- any experience working with contractors or external vendors
- experience working remotely
Position details:
Type: Part-Time, approximately 20–25 hours per week. The option to transition to full-time may be available later in 2026.
Compensation: Starting at $32/hr, 3 weeks of paid vacation (pro-rated).
Start Date: Flexible, but ready to hire and start immediate if the right candidate is found
Location: Fully remote with in-person/on-site as required for events/recordings; some travel may also be required
